The KEDA believes in the future of our economy and the families and individuals that call Kitsap home. Our leadership requires involvement on many levels and with multiple educational and training efforts in the county, Pacific Northwest region and the state. Along with our resource partners, we have formed the Kitsap Business Resource Consortium to assist businesses and continually improve the services we all provide.

Regarded as one of the most sucessful Business Retention and Expansion programs in the state, our recently completed 6-month BRE Program included training on marketing, business plans, legal, contracts, accounting and finances. We have strong ties with Olympic College serving on the Workforce Retraining Board and participating in WorkFirst. We are advisor to the SBDC - OC and actively participate as members of the Pacific Northwest International Trade Assocation (PNITA) and the West Sound Educational Leadership Council.
