DESCRIPTION:Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility is one of four naval shipyards to benefit from once-in-a-century investment.The Navy is investing heavily in shipyard infrastructure. The Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program&rsquo\;s (SIOP) will construct and recapitalize dry docks\, recapitalize and reconfigure infrastructure\, and modernize industrial plant equipment. &nbsp\;	Billions in federal investment is planned for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
