PURPOSE

Washington State University (WSU, University) issues this Request for Qualifications and Quotes (RFQQ) seeking statements of qualifications and quotes from firms (Respondents, Consultants, Contractors) capable of assisting the William D. Ruckelshaus Center (the Center) with facilitation services, project design and management, and project support services. This procurement is open to Respondents that meet the minimum qualifications on page 4. The Center intends to build a roster of up to five consultants. One of the firms selected must have expertise and focus on emergency management, crisis decision-making, and community resilience. If awarded, the agreements will be in
place until June 30, 2025. Project work may begin as early as July 1, 2022.
