    Strategies to Support Working Parents

    June 29 • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    Zoom »

    Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The Future of Work is Family-Friendly: Strategies to Support Working Parents

Access to affordable, quality child care allows parents to work, prepares our future workforce for success, and helps grow business. Yet Washington businesses lost over $6.5 billion annually in direct and opportunity costs due to employee child care issues. Child care is not just a family issue, it is a community, business, and workforce issue.

Employers can strengthen their business by  supporting the child care needs of their employees. Family-friendly policies and employer-supported child care are powerful tools to foster employee loyalty, improve retention, attract top talent, and enable employees to be more engaged in their work.

Join us on June 29 from 10-12pm to learn about the varied ways businesses of all sizes can support the child care needs of their working parents.  Download flyer.
