There are many things to consider in whether to go after an award for a contract or not.
This workshop will provide tools to conduct a solicitation review to make a "GO" or "NO-GO" decision.
You will be guided by a former federal contracting officer who has issued hundreds of solicitations and knows first-hand NOT all solicitations are a fit for ALL contractors.
You will have the opportunity to work through a sample Federal solicitation for services.
We will identify details of a solicitation and focus on the:
- Importance of READING the entire solicitation
- Key factors
- A checklist to support the "GO" or "NO-GO" decision
Our goal in this workshop is to make sure you are not surprised after contract award of missed terms and conditions.
In this class, you will receive 3 forms to use in all your future solicitations reviews.
Join us as we take you through the requirements for reviewing a solicitation. You’ll get an opportunity to ask your detailed questions about solicitations. Your instructor for this class is Terry Homburg, a retired federal Contracting Officer with 29 years of experience. He shares real life examples of what works and what does not work in government contracting.
