Western Washington University's Kitsap Small Business Development Center has welcomed Joyce Oswald to their local advisors. Joyce has shown tremendous talent and dedication in providing valuable insights concerning business plans, financial statements, and proposals. Joyce most recently worked as a professor of business at Tacoma Community College.

Joyce brings a Bachelor's in International Business with a Master's in Career and Technical Education and has worked in the fields of accounting, management, and academia.

As a long-time Silverdale resident, Joyce brings a special gift with over three decades of service to business owners and entrepreneurs who find themselves furthest from opportunity.
