Submissions for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023’s Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) program are being accepted now. Please note the Senate deadline is April 5; House of Representatives is April 1.   Using a provided form, public, Tribal and non-profit entities may submit a request. For FY 2023, there are no funding limitations, and a cap will not be set.  NOTE: Those making a submission should be ready to share budget breakdowns and a valid reason for the amount.
