Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® (KCAR) is hosting a housing summit that will include a Keynote Speaker from Rosen Consulting Group. Other panelists include mayors of Kitsap County, County Commissioners ,City Council members, Association members and the community. One of the goals will be to establish a common understanding of the state of the market so as to prepare for future planning efforts. In preparation for the May 10 presentation - Target Housing Summit, RCG will conduct some background research to understand the economic and housing market drivers for Kitsap County (and surrounding area as it is relevant). The presentation may include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following topics and factors:
