National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Notice of Funding Opportunity and Request for Proposals (NOFO/RFP).

WSDOT is pleased to announce the following program updates:

December 12 NEVI Huddle Session

WSDOT is inviting Small Businesses Enterprises, Public Works Small Enterprises, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses, and Veteran Enterprises currently certified at the state and/or federal level to a huddle session, on December 12, from 11:00AM-noon.

NATIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFRASTRUCTURE (NEVI) NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Please register to attend the huddle session and complete the registration form.
During the 1-hour huddle, WSDOT will present information on our partnering tool initiative and provide resources that smaller businesses may use to assist with their NEVI proposals, which are due January 15, 2025.

The partnering tool will serve two objectives:

  1. The tool will serve as a way for certified businesses to connect with one another and discuss the possibility of pooling resources for NEVI proposals.
  2. Potential applicants may use the partnering tool if they are interested in working with Subconsultants. WSDOT incentivizes applicants who subcontract to eligible businesses in the ranking criteria.

If you are interested in attending, please carefully review the event requirements and information:

  1. Interested Parties must be currently certified as a Small Business Enterprise, a Public Works Small Enterprises, Minority and Women-Owned Businesses and/or Veteran Enterprises, with the State (Washington State or other U.S. State) and/or with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
  2. Interested parties must register using a business email address.
  3. Event registration will close Monday, December 9, at 5:00PM PST.
  4. WSDOT will verify the business certification status of proposed attendees.
  5. Though registration is limited to eligible certified businesses, a recording of the huddle session will be posted to WSDOT’s website and made available to all Interested Parties.
