The US Navy’s Real Estate Division, new amendments to the active Phase 2 Solicitation for Offers (SFO) LI-14174 leasing opportunity with the Department of the Navy.

NEW: This Amendment No. 8 to Phase 2 of SFO LI-14174 serves to incorporate the following:
- Requirement M, N, and O do require full-time personnel onsite, so the following note has been removed from these requirements in Attachment A
- Room schedule “This is for storage of equipment only. No production work will be performed, nor will there be full time occupancy by personnel.”
- Attachment A Room Schedule is revised has been uploaded to SAM.GOV as part of this Amendment.
- Additional questions and responses to the solicitation are incorporated in the amendment. Several questions were related to Requirements M, N, O, P and Q.
NEW: This Amendment No. 7 to Phase 2 of SFO LI-14174 serves to incorporate the following: - Requirement J has additional notes in the “General Notes” section indicating its warehouse space can be split into two (2) buildings and the acceptable space for each.
- The Room Schedule has been revised slightly to remove the “Approx. Area Each Room (SF) Finished” column to avoid confusion and only cite the full requirement per the Approx. Total Area (SF) Gross” column. Please note the correction to Requirement K’s full space requirement of 30,975 sqft.
- Additional questions and responses to the solicitation are incorporated in the amendment.
NEW: Sixth (6th) Amendment to the active Phase 2 Solicitation for Offers (SFO) LI-14174 leasing opportunity with the Department of the Navy.
This Amendment No. 6 to Phase 2 of SFO LI-14174 serves to incorporate the following:
- Requirement D, E, J, and K have corrected square footage requirements. A revised Attachment A Room Schedule has been uploaded to the sam.gov link below to reflect the changes.
- The changes in this Amendment No. 6 further include the reduction of 24,961 SQFT of space from Requirement H and the addition of 6,000 SQFT of space per the new Requirement R as detailed in Amendment No. 5.
- Section 1.1 Executive Summary, Paragraph A of SFO LI-14174 has been updated in the attached 6th Amendment to reflect the adjustments described above.
Virtual Industry Day:
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific Real Estate Division held a virtual Industry Day on Wednesday, March 12th for the purpose of providing a general overview of SFO LI-14174, reviewing key information and instructions for submitting an offer, and allowing time for general questions and clarifications. For those that were not able to attend, the Industry Day was recorded and is available below.
SFO LI-14174 closes on May 26th
Early offers are welcome and appreciated, however please note that the NAVFAC Real Estate team cannot engage in discussions, if needed, on any offers received until the SFO closes. Additional questions and responses to the solicitation are incorporated.
Previous Updates to Space Requirement
The updates to the 5th Amendment to SFO LI-14174 include changes to Requirements B, F, G, and H. The change to a Requirement H is a reduction in the overall space requirement and the previous 25k sq ft of industrial space has been separated to the new Requirement R and reduced to 6k sqft of industrial space. The updated Attachment A, Room Schedule, describes changes to the space requirements. Additionally, the 5th Amendment to SFO LI-14174 includes additional questions received and the Navy’s responses for your information.
