Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has the same force and effort as law. In this class you will learn the Importance and Impact to you as the contractor.

You will learn:

• Applicability
• Organization of the FAR
• Differences between a provision and clause 
• Consequences for non-compliance with the FAR 

You’ll get an opportunity to ask your detailed questions and get answers. Your instructor for this class is Terry Homburg, a retired federal Contracting Officer with 29 years of experience.  He shares real life examples of what works and what does not work in government contracting.
