PSE investigating non-wires alternatives to help meet transmission capacity needs in Kitsap County  BELLEVUE, Wash. (Feb. 9, 2024) – Today, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) issued a request for proposals (RFP) for non-wires alternatives to an electric transmission system capacity need in Kitsap County, Washington.  PSE intends to explore a variety of solution options to its capacity need to ensure continued and reliable service for customers in the county.
