Navy Signals $30 Billion Dry Dock Program for Bremerton Shipyard

The U.S. Navy has announced plans for a massive new contracting program supporting construction of the Multi-Mission Dry Dock at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, a project that could generate billions in economic activity and create contracting opportunities throughout Kitsap County and the broader Pacific Northwest over the next decade.

The planned $30 billion contract vehicle is among the largest federal construction programs ever associated with the Bremerton shipyard and represents a major milestone in the Navy's long-term modernization strategy.
